Shipping charges are calculated using the United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping tables and are based on the package weight and size.

Under normal circumstances most orders ship out Monday through Friday within 24-48 hours of placing the order. However, if your order is delayed due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive an e-mail from a member of our staff.

You can return an item to us for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. For instructions on returns please call the store at 440-693-4295.

Begin by clicking on “my account”. Follow the instructions for “New Customer”. Once you fill in your billing information along with a password, you will then have your own account. Your user name is your e-mail address.

You may retrieve a lost or forgotten password by clicking on the “Forgot your password” link on the “my account” page. You will be asked for the e-mail address you supplied when setting up your account. Your password will be sent to you via e-mail.

You may review your account information by clicking on the “my account” tab and then entering the user name and password that you previously created. Your user name is your e-mail address.

Yes, all fry pie orders will be filled and shipped on the same day they are made.
